Ken Johnson – Founder
Ken Johnson started Premiere Systems with a simple vision: combine great design, great service, and great people. His background in industrial design—specifically in high-end audio and custom listening rooms—shaped how Premiere approaches technology and craftsmanship. These days, he spends most of his time mentoring the team in leadership and sales, helping them grow both professionally and personally. Integrity and sustainability have always been core values for Ken, and he’s constantly looking for new ways to make technology more intuitive. Robert Anderson – President
Robert Anderson has been with Premiere Systems since 2012, working his way up to President and shaping the company’s vision along the way. He’s a hands-on leader who never asks anyone to do something he wouldn’t do himself. One of his proudest accomplishments was opening the Naples office, a big milestone for Premiere. Right now, he’s especially excited about how AI is changing the way we interact with technology. People appreciate Robert’s down-to-earth approach and his ability to tackle problems that others might miss. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him fishing with his daughter.
Cam Berry – Vice President
As VP of Premiere Systems, Cam Berry makes sure everything runs smoothly across all teams while also leading the design department, reviewing proposals, and diving into data. With a love for both music and software, he thrives in the fast-paced world of AV technology. His motto? “Demand more of yourself than you ask of others.” That mindset has helped him improve the sales and design process, making workflows smoother and more efficient. Cam is a big believer in the idea that true craftsmanship is about making complexity look effortless—something the Italians call sprezzatura. When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find him reading, throwing a frisbee, or solving a problem just for fun.
Ann Johnson – VP of Finance
Ann Johnson is the VP of Finance at Premiere Systems, keeping an eye on Finance, HR, and Compliance for both Premiere Music and Film Systems and Premiere SAV LLC. With a background in Business Finance, a minor in Accounting, and a Master’s in Religious Studies, she brings a fresh perspective to the numbers. Ann loves making things run smoother and more efficiently—she’s always looking for ways to streamline processes and save money. She’s played a big role in Premiere’s growth, from leading the ERP implementation to helping launch new entities, and she also serves on the board of HTSA. Lately, she’s excited about how immersive video and digital art are evolving with video wall technology. Ann also speaks Spanish and hopes to use it more in business someday.
Corey Miller – VP of Operations
Corey Miller is the guy making sure everything runs like it should. He oversees Operations, IT, Programming, and R&D, bringing years of experience in AV production and computer programming. He’s worn a lot of hats at Premiere—technician, programmer, project manager—which gives him a deep understanding of how everything fits together. Corey is always looking for new ways to solve problems, whether it’s refining processes or keeping the team on track with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). He’s passionate about high-end AV, digital lighting, and wellness tech, always keeping an eye on what’s next. When he’s not at work, he can be found cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, gaming, or out on the golf course.
