Interior designer Wendy Berry's vision for this 7,000-square-foot beachfront retreat was to create a tranquil oasis that captures the essence of coastal living. Drawing inspiration from the serene backdrop of the Gulf Coast, Berry curated a tranquil color palette and clean-lined furnishings to achieve a transitional aesthetic that seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern comfort.
Key to the success of the project was Berry's interactive approach to client interaction, which resonated deeply with the homeowners. Collaborating closely with the couple, Berry curated every detail of the home, from custom furniture pieces to intricate ceiling details, to create a space that truly reflects their lifestyle and preferences.
In the grand salon, two distinct seating areas offer inviting spaces for relaxation and entertainment, each adorned with custom furnishings and illuminated by natural light. The open gourmet kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and custom cabinetry, provides a perfect backdrop for culinary creations while offering breathtaking water views.
